A multi-dimensional marketing professional with over 20 years of experience, Charmaine integrates both analytical and creative talents with ease. Born and raised in the DC area, she later obtained a bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Central Florida, completing studies in studio arts, business, sociology, and organizational communications. Her career pursuits subsequently led her to business development, marketing, and graphics positions in New York City, Fort Lauderdale, and DC within industries ranging from investment banking, management consulting, IT, retail, and predominantly, the building construction industry.
Charmaine enjoys working with designers, specialists, and visionaries, including architects, real estate developers, engineers, and entrepreneurs, as she delves into the foundational, aesthetic, and analytical aspects of each industry. In addition to her formal degree, she also studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and continues to explore interests in the arts, design, photography, e-commerce, and technology.
